Seems curious that they are in a Reserve Division. Perhaps the lead are treating them as the reserve team of AFC Hinckley?

I hope not!! That really would be a major c*** up when you think where the 2 clubs will be staging home games.

Well the Prem and Div One are obviously wrong - spreadsheet attachement showing 25 in Prem and 19 in Div One. Rocester, Gornal Athletic and Heather St Johns all showing in Prem.

Surely those 3 have been relegated - and the Prem and D1 should both have 22 teams?

The note before you get to the spreadsheet says why there are 25 teams in the provisional Premier - three are definitely to be relegated but there are appeals ongoing so they can't 100% sure identify them yet.

The Hellenic have also done the same thing, they are saying the Premier Division has 20, Division One West has 17 and Division One East 12, but two clubs in the West must move over. They hope someone will volunteer otherwise they will move to clubs. They have suggested 2 out of Hook Norton, Old Woodstock and Easington move. They don't like (want) clubs from Oxford north anymore me thinks.

What if anything do people know about Redditch Borough and Smithwoods Firs, new to Division 3?

Smithwood Firs listed in Birmingham AFA handbook but in Premier Divsion league table they appear to be listed as Smithwood Colts, well there is no Colts in the Handbook and I can't find Firs in the top few divisions. They are listed as playing at Mackadown Lane Stadium

Just had a look on Google Maps and this has also answered another of my questions. I have often seen a football ground (railed off with dugouts) from the train just after Marston Green station on the way to Birmingham and its Mackadown Lane Stadium!

My assumption would be that Leicester Road (reserves) have been entered into this division, leaving the question of where Leicester Road (firsts) are?
East Midlands League? Have they announced their constitution yet?

So Premier - out Tividale (promoted and three others)
in Long Eaton United and Basford (from NCE), Brocton (promoted from M Comb Prem), Lye Town (promoted from W Mids)

DIvision One - out Castle Vale (resigned), Brocton (promoted), Earlswood (relegated do they return to Earlswood?)
in - up to three relegations from Premier + Cadbury (promoted - I assume not at Bournville), Hinckley AFC (new) and Uttoxeter (promoted from Staffs)

Division Two - out Cadbury (promoted) + Shirley, West Midlands Police, Stretton Eagles and Archdale (all resigned - not all at end of season)
In Earlswood (relegated), Coventry United, Paget Rangers and Kenilworth Town (promoted)

Division Three - out Rugeley Rangers + Coventry United, Paget Rangers and Kenilworth Town (promoted)
In Boldmere Sports & Social (at Boldmere St M? - if so, where are Paget playing?), Redditch Borough (at Redditch Utd? Redditch have pulled out of reserve league), Smithswood Firs

I've seen Clements 83 playing at Mackadown Sports Ground. You cannot see this ground from flights going in or out of Birmingham Airport, but would be able to if they added underfloor windows!!

Boldmere Sports & Social have their own ground, not been myself but meant to be quite good but with a slope

Redditch Borough sometimes with Juniors in their name are listed as playing on Find A Club at Bromsgrove Road, Redditch, the access road to United is off of said road, though there are a couple of sports grounds in the road.

Mackadown Lane was used by Clements in the Mid Comb a few seasons back, most memorable for the incoming planes from Brum Airport, train spotting and the café in the clubroom.

Is it possible to run with one team and have them in a Reserve league? That could very well be the case at Leicester Road FC.

Surely that couldn't happen, they would have to enter a league lower down somewhere I would say. I know reserves enetr non-reserve leagues but I've never heard of it the other way round!

We've had Beversbrook in the Hellenic Div 2 and Myerscough College in the Lancashire League this season, OK the leagues don't have "Reserve" in the title but that ostensibly what they are.

No mention in the U21 leagues of Romulus - is that team now effectively in the one in Reserve Division 1?

Given that Sutton Coldfield Town are starting an U21 side, it'll be interesting to see if the Roms Reserves side starts playing at their Lindridge Road facility ......

Boldmere Falcons just run junior teams up to U16s. I don't know for certain, but I suspect (despite the fact their website shows they've got their own chairman and vice-chairman) that they're linked to Boldmere Sports and Social FC. Same pitch venue in Sheffield Road and this from 2009:

http://eplanning.birmingham.gov.uk/...e=eplprod_DC_PLANAPP

Easy one to do by train - less than 5 minutes from Chester Road station on the Cross City line. There are parking facilities on site, but can be problems with street parking locally.

As far as I'm aware, Leo, yes, the nomadic Earlswood back to Earlswood, and Cadbury groundsharing @ Alvechurch.

I believe this LRFC side will be more or less made up of what was the Hinckley United Res side from last season that had to also stop playing when The Knitters were liquidated.

Which begs the question of where has the senior side gone?? Maybe they've merged with Hinckley AFC!!! Shocked
