Think anyone can apply to the Hellenic as long as their ground is within 300 miles of Carterton.

Whitehawk, I notice are entered under the name "Whitehawk", not as "Brighton City".

Surely that means their name-change cannot be happening for 2013-14?

Bedfont & Feltham suffered such a delay this season, for the same reason, didn't they?

Professional cretin.

Depends on the timing. They may have submitted their competitions application form before putting in their name change.
Or maybe next season they'll be officially called Brighton City Football Club trading as Whitehawk FC. Tongue

Whitehawk's name change has still to be agreed by "the authorities" according to a Ryman League tweet. Suspect Ryman opposed the change and Whitehawk brought it up again only after promotion to Conf Sth.

Name changes are shown at the bottom of the list, no mention of London Bari or Glebe.

Hadn't previously heard of Bacup changing names though....Bacup of Rossendale Boro nest season, apparently.

They've been Bacup Borough for 93 years - why throw away such an old and established name like that to rename yourselves that abomination! I mean if you're going to change a long-standing club name - make it something better - not something completely ridiculous.

Nothing on their website yet - have they informed anyone else (local area, supporters) about their silly plans?

Announcement on website confirms name change to Bacup and Rossendale Borough

At least that's better than the original suggestion.

Looking through the list expect at least 3 to be non-starters:
Handsworth (merged with Worksop Parramore to form Handsworth Parramore)
Stone Dominoes (folded)
Warlingham (terminated groundshare agreement and reverting to non-floodlit ground)

Also assuming Barnt Green Spartak are promoted to MFC Division 1 and Glebe are accepted into Kent Invicta League only AFC Wallingford (North Berkshire D1) of the listed clubs will not be in a Step 7 league or higher next season.

Have Worksop Parramore changed their name for the coming season - or does it come into affect for 2014-15?

Announcement at http://www.pitchero.com/...amore-fc-941144.html states it will happen over coming year although I note Handsworth's place in Sheffield County League has been taken by Handsworth Parramore Reserves (see http://www.nonleaguematters.co.uk/...;;page=unread#unread).

AFC Wallingford rumour is they are back to Wallingford Town, were going to move to the Reading League but again rumours are they are now not going to move
