Doesn't Stevenage Primark have a maternity unit?

Yep, many a time. In the nineties we were on very good terms with their supporters team, & we clinched promotion there in 1992. I've not really wandered round Stevenage, to be honest, but Hitchin is a nice enough place.

Last time I went to Stevenage was to see a mate in hospital after his ankle was broken in one the Hitchin supporters tournaments.

Believe me...I drank up until 2002. The Hitchin tournament stopped in 2004, so I was drinking up there for ten of them!

I won't regale you with some of the drunken antics up there, some were overnighters!

I guy I used to know who lives there describes it as 'St Evenage sur Merde'.
My other mate who is a lifelong Hitchin Town fan simply won't use the name at all.
It's easier that way apparently!
Same with me really with Lower Dunstable FC, who laughingly are now a non-League club which befits the ground which has been a shocking heap ever since it was slung up over night.

I kept thinking of this everytime 5Live did a score flash from Carrow Road yesterday - I was willing them to call the visitors "Lower Dunstable"
