I assume Sheffield United 'got' the bye because their first team were losing League One play off finalists last season.

Is this to make Mishi feel better?

There was another Colchester sub used, Callum Harrison went on replacing Tom Lapslie 73m

The goal times as I recorded them 2 O'Donoghue 7, 21 & 24 Bonne 34 Szmodics 37 Bonne 41 McMillan for Camberley 63 Wright 65 Simmons 68 Clarke(pen) 73 Brampton 81 Bonne 85 Szmodics 87 Bonne.

For some reason despite half a dozen substitutions and other stoppages the ref didn't play any added time in the second half.

Sigh.
We didn't want to play Chelsea anyway.

Despite the scoreline it appears our lot enjoyed the experience. Especially our goal scorer. Hopefully they didn't play well enough for any scouts to take an interest.

Jacob Smith stood out among your boys. It was a bit cruel bringing Alex Gilbey & Drey Wright back to youth football even if they are still 17.

Ha! Reminds me of when we played Woking in the Surrey Senior Cup in 2006. They could have put out a load of youth players but no, we were pitted against the likes of Justin Richards who, I think, was the leading scorer in the Conference at the time and all his full-time mates.
We lost 13-0 which is our worst defeat ever.
