Basildon United are pleased to announce that admission prices have been held at Ł5 for their first team matches for the 8th successive season and the club have adopted a new policy of free admission for Under 12's {if accompanied by an adult} and Senior Citizens for all matches outside of the FA Cup and FA Vase,Children aged 12-16 will be charged Ł3,the Bees start their League Campaign with a match against Clapton at Gardiners Close this Saturday {August 4th}

So what qualifies as "Senior Citizen", its often quoted but means different things to different people.
Now that a sliding scale is in force for state retirement age it seems to be a different treatment at different clubs. Also in these days of equality what about males and females who may be the same age but have a different status depending on where they fit into state retirement age?

im saying 65, if people have worked for the public sector and retired at 60 then they can pay Ł5 taxpayers have supported their gold plated perks for enough years without them then poncing of football clubs as well.
