This is a long shot but I liked his name - Jelly Selau of Tuvalu, who won 4 caps at the 2007 South Pacific games as a midfielder, and 4 more at the 2011 games as goalie!

It is Okliani Tinilau, Tuvaluan international player who also had the honour as 1 of 3 athletes who represented Tuvalu for the 1st time at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.Competed in the 100m heats and went out 1st round. Also ran against Usain Bolt in a heat at The 2009 world athletics championships in Berlin.
