last seasons' champions Gainsborough Town Canutes had left to join the Lincolnshire League, 8 new sides had made application to join. The reason for this was the demise of the West Lindsey League and the Gainsborough Saturday League.
Voted in en bloc by the members were newly formed club, Gainsborough Blues Club, and from the Gainsborough League, East Drayton and Retford Town
from the West Lindsey League, Monos FC , Birchwood (Wild Life Athletic), Cherry Willingham, Market Rasen Town Res and Saxilby Athletic.
In addition Washingborough FC had been renamed to play as Ruston Sports Res. Constitution 19 teams to be split into 2 divisions
