Oustanding Constitutions Can't Post or Reply Privately

The constitutions of the various leagues are gradually being revealed but some are, for varying reasons, still outstanding. I’d be grateful if posters could ‘fill in the gaps’ as the details become available.

Thanks

Northern Counties East League
We’re still waiting for the Handsworth appeal to be heard on 5th July, otherwise the constitution is complete.

Sussex County League
Has this been resolved? I understand that the chairman ‘got his way’ with regard to the constitution despite the wishes of the clubs or something? So, has the constitution for the new season been decided and if it has, what is it?

Kent Invicta League
We’re still waiting for the Crown Alexandra appeal, otherwise the constitution is complete. When is the appeal by the way?

Combined Counties League
Is the constitution as per what’s on their website been confirmed?

Midland Combination
Is the constitution as per what’s been published on Wikipedia?

Wessex League
The AGM is on Thursday.

East Midlands Counties League
The AGM is on Thursday.

Essex Business Houses League
They are still accepting clubs for the new season. The closing date for applications is Saturday 21st July.

Colchester & East Essex League
I suppose it’ll be like previous years when we have to wait until they publish them on Mitoo sometime in August.

Essex & Suffolk Border League
As per the Colchester & East Essex League.

Suffolk & Ipswich League
The AGM is on Thursday.

Mid Essex League and Halstead & District League
I’ve e-mailed both leagues but have had no response as to the dates of their respective AGM’s.

Matches: 604 (60)
Grounds: 280 (52)

Last Match: Saturday 25th May
Essex Olympian League Senior Division 1

The Sussex League constitution has to wait for Dorking Wanderers' appeal at the FA which is on Thursday.

The CCL has been confirmed as per the proposed line up with one slight name change. I've updated the CCL thread recently.

Only the EMCL at Step 6 that I have not seen any lineup for yet - provisional or otherwise. Though I think its safe to assume it will be 17 from last season (Heanor and Oadby out) with Lutterworth Athletic and Basford United joining to keep it at 19.

the Step 7 leagues I have seen no constitution for yet are:

Essex & Suffolk Border League
Leicestershire Senior League
Liverpool County Premier League
Manchester League
Mercian Regional League
Oxfordshire Senior League
Sheffield & Hallamshire County Senior League
Suffolk & Ipswich League
and the West Yorkshire League

I am not sure that crown Alex are actually going to appeal.
They passed the ground grading before 31st march and everything seemed to be in order.
It could be that the LC are just going to place them in step 6 after all.
A great deal of confusion at the moment.

Midland Combination construction as proposed by the committee was passed by clubs on Wednesday with only one vote against.

The (haart of) Kent County League still has Crown Alexandra listed as "subject to confirmation" on their club list. http://www.kentcountyfootballleague.co.uk/clubs.asp

Northwood, Threave Rovers, Arsenal, Watford, Rochdale, Rangers (the real ones, NOT qpr), queen of the south and a few others.

Both leagues have provisionally included crown Alex.
As I said the club and most people are confused.
I am told they have been promised an answer tomorrow.
All very odd.

Thanks for the updates all.

So, of my original list the ones I'm still waiting for are.......

Northern Counties East League
We’re still waiting for the Handsworth appeal to be heard on 5th July, otherwise the constitution is complete.

Sussex County League
Is there any end in sight regarding the delays to a finalised constitution?

Kent Invicta League
Complete apart from the result of the Crown Alexandra appeal. Has this happened yet?

Essex & Suffolk Border League
Apparently the league start date is Saturday 11th August but I still haven't found any details regarding the constitution.

Essex Business Houses League
They are still accepting clubs for the new season. The closing date for applications is not until Saturday 21st July so it will be some time before the details are released.

Colchester & East Essex League
I suppose it’ll be like previous years when we have to wait until they publish them on Mitoo sometime in August.

Mid Essex League and Halstead & District League
I've received no reply to e-mails I sent to these leagues regarding their AGM's so I haven't got a clue when I'll find out the details of their respective constitutions.

As always, any information is gratefully received.

Out of my three local leagues, does anyone know if the Southend & District will run next season? It was down to just a few clubs last season and looks like going the way of the Southend & District Wednesday League.
Clubs have been leaving in droves the past few seasons for either the Southend Borough Combination or Mid-Essex League

Mercian should be released this week, I think the person in charge has been on holiday.

Yes I read that somewhere too.

Think its going to effectively be last season's Shropshire County League with a name change and the normal end of season promotion and relegation exchanges between the two divisions. With the disbanded Telford Combination sides making up a new Division Two.

Why they had to disband the Shropshire County League is beyond me. Could thye not just change the name and add a new division. And why 'Mercian' and why 'Regional'. Its in Shropshire and its a county league - new name makes little sense.

Also be interesting if it does get officially awarded Step 7 status - what will happen to Whitchurch Alport Reserves - who play in the Premier Division - they'd be playing at a higher level than the first team - first team plays in Cheshire Div Two (Step 8).

Anyone know what the deal is with Goole United yet? They're still listed as having 2 sides, one in the Humber Premier Division 1 and the other in the CMFL North. The Wiki page for the town of Goole has them down for the Humber Prem, so is the side in the CMFL a reserve side? In which case the reserves would be higher up the pyramid.

They'd actually be on the same level in the Pyramid. Both Step 7.
