I would think then, that we will see no posts about the FA Welsh Cup, as this particular English team are not in it.
I understand that Cheltenham also do not intend to enter.

Fat AND Pompous.
I was going to list all my grounds for the season, but the moderator said five lines only.
Now blogging at www.leohoenig.com

It would be great if the Welsh FA could play the final at St.Helens, Swansea before it is demolished. Well, why not? It's no smaller than Bangor which was used for last season's final.

I suspect you'll just have to do it for a programme-free game Chris - that's if you get another opportunity Tongue

No, I'll still post about the Welsh Cup, even though my team have been excluded. Sadly the last chance for the Welsh Cup to return to something of its former glory has now been lost with the indefinite expulsion of the six exiles, but the competition itself will stumble on.

As to the suggestion about St Helens, Swansea, that would be good, but only if the right sides got to the final. To get any sort of a gate for the final now, the Welsh FA need to be flexible on this matter. Llanelli v Port Talbot Town at Swansea, certainly, but The New Saints v Bangor there would be crazy.

When do the welsh FA decide on the venue for the final?i went to bangor for last seasons ,no idea if it was played there simply because it was a new ground at one of its big clubs but talking to a couple of TNS fans who said the gate was poor because of the traveling.(they said the racecourse would have been a better option)

Last season it was a fairly late decision, as, if I remember correctly, earlier in the season it was announced that the final would be at Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli, as the previous few finals had been. The Welsh FA were wise to wait until they saw which sides had got there, and made the decision when they realised that the four semi-finalists were all from the North.
Playing it even at Wrexham FC is a bit daft. The Welsh Cup Final will never draw more than 2,000 fans even if it were Bangor-Rhyl. Better to play it at a smaller ground where there can be a bit of atmosphere.

Thanks for that.such a shame its lts on a Sunday this season, tho the final in may was devoid of atmosphere (good noise from cefn fans)it was over as a contest early i enjoyed it apart from the fact that we are English the stewards thought we were TNS fans!!!!
