Back from my first ever trip to Slovenia. Stayed in Ljubljana, a really nice city, but fixture changes meant I had to travel to get to football.

Slow-paced game on a very warm afternoon. Kranj has a team in Slovenia's top division, but NK Zarica Kranj play in the third tier. The Sportni Park Zarica is about 30 mins walk south of the town, and the main feature for spectators is four rows of uncovered seating built into a hill on the far side.

Good game despite the home side having nothing to play for other than to entertain the larger than usual crowd who'd come to see them crowned champions, for the 10th time. The visitors needed a result to qualify for Europe, but conceded a 90th minute equaliser which was enough for rivals Mura to leapfrog them into thrid place.
