It has been decided that due to a depressive illness Margaret Moran is not fit to face trial on charges of false accounting.

At the time of the alleged offences Ms Moran was MP for Luton South.

This was the lady who despite representing Luton and working in Westminster was somehow claiming for the costs of a home in Southampton.

During her appearance in magistrates court she was described as sobbing uncontrollably.

What chances do you think you or I would have of squirming out of facing trial because we were upset at getting caught?

A bit of sympathy called for here Jon.

She was only sobbing when mention was made of the claim for the kitkat that she never received recompense for.
