X-ray specs of course...used to have some great ads for them in
the Daily Mirror on a Saturday and Exchange & Mart.
The moral brigade would have a fake orgasm these days as the
adverts from them detailed the fact (albeit in cartoon form) that
you could see under women's skirts!

Just sold all my vinyl records for a tidy sum. No doubt I could have got more if I'd wanted to split them up and put some titles on eBay, but there comes a time when things just have to go and I was surprisingly phlegmatic about waving all those boxes goodbye. My wife suggests the football programmes should be next. I don't think so!
So many B sides from the 1950's were vastly superior to the A sides. Just a couple which come to mind :-
Everly Brothers - I Wonder If I Care As Much (B side to Bye Bye Love)
Larry Williams - Slow Down (B side to Dizzy Miss Lizzy)
Afraid my teenage years are some way off now. I remember that previously mentioned Tennessee Ernie Ford recording well!
