Probably trying to or simply arseing around. It appears someone has tried to sign in under your account and then clicked "forgotten password". This then needs to be verified and changed again. Alternatively, someone IS trying to hack your account, but it's the first time I've known it.

Not something to worry about yet, ignore it and it will disappear. Get it again and I'll start digging deeper.
