AFCWimbledon is a bit controversial as they lost to non-league sides whilst they were also non-league and they've not been in the league long enough to play against any non-league clubs yet!

Middlesbrough

Have won after a replay against Wycombe, Wimbledon, Bishops Stortford, Sutton and Nuneaton since 1975.

I believe Arsenal and Aston Villa have never lost to non-league but Newcastle and Sunderland certainly have ha ha.

Since joining the league, Cheltenham have not lost to a non-League side.
I assume that is the criteria considering Crawley, AFC, Accrington, Burton and Stevenage are mentioned.

I was taking the competition in total - ie back to 1872, which means the Arse
and the Villa have been beaten by 'NL' clubs.
Cheers for that LH, as I said it was worked out from memory of sorts and
congrats on a decent draw in the next round.

Boro have also beaten Hednesford and Barrow narrowly at the Riverside.

A lot of the records of this type for the FA Cup begin in 1923 when the competition was organised into its current form. Before 1888 everything was Non-League.
