In my opinion kids are like dogs, if you don't train them properly when they are young then you will have great difficulty changing their habits. Somewhere along the line parents have become lazy and not done their job properly hence some dogs are out of control, simple as that Wink




Spot on and in actual fact we are all animals anyway.

I blame the so called 'do gooders' for the removal of discipline in schools, in the past even kids with lazy incompetent parents had discipline at school.

The term 'do gooder' is ironic, such people actually do no good whatsoever.

Rather different to assuming that because somebody holds a particular opinion that they must read a certain newspaper.

On a slightly different tack the last place i worked at a fellow employee castigated me for reading the Daily Telegraph saying i was betraying my working class roots,i smiled politely at him and apologised for having the temerity to think for myself and having given it more thought told him he could shove his Daily Star where the sun don't shine (ok i made the last bit up but it did cross my mindSly) but he did make me smile when he turned up one day in his Morgan 4 Plus 4 slightly defeating his arguement but then self awareness wasnt one of his finest attributes.

Gareth seriously? This thread is over 6 years old and refers to the Brixton riots. If you have something new to say then do it if you want in a new thread. Please try and give us more of why you are posting what you are posting about ie there could be more trouble on the streets because I think..... xyz.

Your posts on this forum are getting shorter and shorter where you just state something as though it were fact and offer no backup as to why you have an opinion. Please try and keep that in mind as this is a discussion forum. We want to know what you think and welcome your posts but we also want to know why you are thinking it aswell. Hope that makes sense.
