Quick question. Confused.

Just how definate is the suposed increase too 24 teams for each league in steps 2 too 4 and when is it too come in?

It has been discussed between the three leagues at Step 3 and Step 4. One league proposed the idea but the other two leagues were not keen. It is unlikely to happen in the forseeable future.
