No relegation from premier division as the top division goes from 12 to 14 teams. New teams for this season are Springfields, Lostock St Gerards 'A', Ribble Wanderers, Scarisbrick, Skelmersdale Town, Southport Trinity 'A', Tarleton Corinthians Reserves and Walton Athletic. Gone from last season are Burscough Richmond Reserves, Muldoons and RAOB.
