Red Devils Can't Post or Reply Privately

The Telegraph reports what many papers are reporting:
"Muslims have been told by religious leaders in Malaysia to stop wearing Manchester United football shirts because the image of the famed red devil is forbidden in Islam."
According to Wikipedia:
"The club crest is derived from the Manchester City Council coat of arms, although all that remains of it on the current crest is the ship in full sail. The devil stems from the club's nickname "The Red Devils"; it was included on club programmes and scarves in the 1960s, and incorporated into the club crest in 1970, although the crest was not included on the chest of the shirt until 1973 (unless the team was playing in a Cup Final)."
To appease Malaysian religious leaders, the club could always revert to the earlier crest. Wink

FCUM use a similiar badge, which of course is just the Manchester City badge in red.
