League Issuers Can't Post or Reply Privately

With an eye mainly on the minor leagues, could we start a series of threads by league simply listing the clubs in that league who are issuing. Should save on lots of other random threads and we'll all know where to find them.

I'll open up a couple and see how/if it develops

Southern Amateur League

Old Finchleians and Winchmore Hill are producing their own matchday programmes. Most clubs produce some kind of weekly newsletter which you might find at the club or on the website.

* * * IN ADDITION * * *
... I have been producing programmes for selected matches this season. These are in A6 size, black and white and are 8, 12 or 16 pages depending on the number of games hosted by the home club. Following on from that last point, the programmes focus on the 1st team match if there is one but also include info about all other teams playing that day plus SAL tables and fixtures.

Thus far I have produced them for BB Eagles (3/11) and Old Garchonians (10/11 - as AshtreeRockbee will attest!). Next up are:

24 Nov - Ibis
01 Dec - Kew Association/Old Blues (OB are sharing at Kew now so I will either combine the prog or produce two versions. Note that Kew 1st have withdrawn for the duration of the season so the only 1st XI action would be OB).

I don't charge for these although some people insist on giving me a couple of quid which is very kind. If you want me to save you one or email the template I'm happy to do so. Equally, if you want the template for your own use I'm also happy to help.

Teams who are issuing in West Midlands League First Division
AFC Ludlow
Bartestree
Bustleholme
Darlaston Town (1874) FC
Hereford Lads Clubs
Penncroft
St Martins
Team Dudley
Wednesfield
Wem Town
Wyrley FC v Darlaston Town

Trysull, Kington & Shifnal aren't issuing this season.
Team Dudley issue and they are available on request - they do not charge admission for football at the dell - so if you arrive 1 hour before kick off and want a programme ask for Ash Davies. It is the best programme in the division.

Kent County League 2016/2017

Fleetdown have started to issue programmes
Match v Lydd Res on 10th September being issue 2

Also think AEi Sports who are ground sharing at Crockenhill may
be as well. Information from their twitter feed.

I followed the AEI Sports information and it appears that they are issuing e-programmes only (which would be good enough to get me to their games). However, despite the website assertion that they will be produced for ALL home matches there is only the first three on their website (under information-documents) making them four home games behind to date.
I shall also be following Fleetdown with interest, thanks Norwich6.

Leicestershire Senior League has been a graveyard for programmes for a number of years but Lutterworth Town are certainly doing one today for the clash against Saffron Dynamo. (28/01)

In the Spartan South Midlands League Division 2 Loughton Manor and AFC Tring Town seem to have issued at the start of this season, both issues seem to include admission. I would have visited both these clubs in midweek but was deterred by the weather.Frown

Just seen a Tweet of a Sharpness programme being edited for this Saturday's game against Quedgeley in the GNSL, kick off 3pm. Have also seen pictures recently that the ground is being developed and has some football furniture Nice clubhouse I seem to recall and some cracking rolls...

Had a phone call this morning from someone who went to Milborne Port last night. They issued a programme costing 3. I was told it was glossy and the club are sponsored by a printer in Wincanton. The game was almost moved to another pitch as the local cricket club appeared to have taken exception to the club roping the 4th side of the pitch.

I have seen a Tweet showing AFC Southgate's programme for this evening.

Henley Athletic are issuing this season according to a recent WDYG post.
Possibly the first time they are doing so - perhaps their surprise Suffolk & Ipswich League title win last season was the motivating factor.

During the past month I have come across full colour copies at Loughton Manor and Unite MK in the bottom tier of the Spartan South Midlands League. Unite particuoarly was a very good read.

At a lesser level still Yateley United of the Surrey Intermediate League (Western) produce them for each home match, on sale in the bar of the cricket club or home dug out. Very heavy on photographs of recent games but nothing wrong with that. Even better full colour copies can be downloaded and printed off or saved as pdfs for each home game.

Clutton of the Somerset County League are also prolific producers, selling in lieu of admission. Some home fans give the seller their 2 but don't take one so they still are putting money into the club.

Still further down the pecking order in the Barnet Sunday League Hornsey and Highgate FC also have downloadable copies for all games, home and away.

I was at Sporting 87 yesterday and they issued a glossy pager which was free. Programmes issued for previous games this season can be viewed / downloaded from here https://sporting87fc.co.uk/archive/first-team-match-programmes/

Watford FC supporter hence the name also follow Hull FC but rarely get to see either these days.

Have now visited over 700 grounds, progress in recent years has been rather slow and will continue to be as things stand.
