Re: [oftenscore6] Northern Premier League [In reply to] Can't Post or Reply Privately

Apologies, am still stuck o/sMad.

Weekend headlines:
Boston come from behind late at home to FC United; Guiseley lose 2-0 at home to 10-man Marine; Bradford Park Avenue slip up at Frickley drawing
Kendal beat Retford in the battle for 5th
Lancaster City can only draw v Colwyn Bay; Halifax come from behind at Ossett Albion to leave them within 1 point of the title
Mickleover secure the NP1S title; the incumbent playoff position holders win whilst those 6th-8th fail to, leaving only Leek Town with a faint possibility of overtaking Sheffield FC
Ossett Town lose to leave them on the brink of NPP relegation - they need to win their last 2 games and turn around a heavy goal difference deficit
Both NP1N possible relegatees lose - the race being still open until midweek

Midweek headlines:
Bradford PA, Guiseley and North ferriby all win to leave a grandstand finish in NPP, with those 3 and Boston still in with a shout of the title on the last day
Kendal win at Buxton to move ahead of Retford - they can secure 5th with a win at home to Whitby on Wednesday
FC Halifax Town grab a 2-2 home draw with 2 late goals to secure promotion to NPP
Sheffield FC miss the opportunity to secure 5th by losing at home to Brigg Town; Leek need to win v Chasetown Thursday to keep hopes alive
Ossett Town draw 2-2 with Hucknall, not enough to keep them up
Ossett Albion secure a point at home to Warrington; Rossendale's win over Wakefield will not keep them up due to their inferior goal difference, though they can match Ossett Albion's points total

Re: [oftenscore6] Northern Premier League [In reply to] Can't Post or Reply Privately

Wed / Thur headlines:

Kendal secure the last NPP playoff place - they cannot make 4th though
Leigh kept alive their playoff hopes with a victory over salford - however, those were dashed by a 90th minute equaliser for Curzon at Lancaster - the likely 2nd v 5th match up next week
Leek Town lost their unbeaten home record and the chance of a playoff spot in a 3-1 defeat at home to Chasetown, who now look certs for 2nd
Boston beat Retford 2-0 to win the NPL Challenge Cup. The Retford manager will leave at the end of the season - there are rumours of financial problems there....

So for the weekend:
The grandstand finish in NPP with 4 teams in with a shout of the title. Those who miss out will join Kendal in the playoffs
Title winners are NP1N FC Halifax Town and NP1S Mickleover Sports
Playoff positions are open to change in NP1N and NP1S (where / is indicated) but the teams are decided: Lancaster City, Colwyn Bay, Skelmersdale Utd / Curzon Ashton (NP1N); Chasetown, Glapwell / Kidsgrove; Sheffield FC (NP1S)
All relegation spots are decided - subject to a mathematical miracle for Rossendale Utd, who'd have to overturn a 3 point and 15 goal deficit.

Full results (all league games and playoffs for all divisions, plus any other competitive games involving NPP teams) now attached.

Boston Utd, Chasetown and Colwyn Bay all promoted - all scoring the winner in the last 10 minutes or extra time!

These are the l-track databases, so you can export the results / tables in whatever format you like. Hope that sorts you out!
