TK article in the NLP Can't Post or Reply Privately

Today saw the publication of a very nice piece about Tony in the Non League Paper. I recommend reading.

In the meantime - just to report that we've had about two dozen Forum Members all throwing their hats into the ring so far RE: The NL Football statistics continuation project... and I'm now extremely hopeful that we'll get something meaningful organised, ready for next season. Well done to all those already volunteered and for those unsure whether they would be able to help, simply through a perception that they may 'lack know-how, experience, etc.' - don't worry - what we need of our 'bods' is not that technical at all ! Feel free to continue volunteering anyhow and I'm sure that even the most nervous of yez may be found really useful things to do (like the all important checking of League sites for postponement information) that aren't in the least bit tech-savvy, yet will really make the rest of our lives a lot easier !!!

From this posting, I am now going directly to worksheet, to juggle names and skills of all who have volunteered and I'll be back quite soon with the nubbin of an initial plan... so watch this space !

I APOLOGISE UNRESERVEDLY TO EACH AND EVERY PERSON ON THIS FORUM WHO HAS FELT LET-DOWN BY MY INIMICABLE AND DEPLORABLE BEHAVIOUR OF OCTOBER 28th. 2009. ESPECIALLY TO BRIAN, WHO IS A MARVELLOUS GENTLEMAN AND IS THE LAST PERSON HERE WHO SHOULD HAVE TO PUT UP WITH SUCH UNDESERVED PERSONAL CHARACTER-ASSASSINATION. LET IT BE KNOWN THAT A PRIVATE PERSONAL APOLOGY WAS SENT, BUT WAS SEEN INSUFFICIENT. FAIR ENOUGH.

It is a very good piece, and really underlines what a great man Mr Kempster is.

I was pleased with what Stuart Hammonds wrote. For those who want to see it, I have put a pdf version of the relevant page on the site which uou can find at http://tonykempster.co.uk/nlpinterview.pdf

It is a big file so might take while to load

Excellent article. Says what we all want to say without being over-sentimental. One disappointing thing, I didn't see any valedictory comments from "a Mr D. Strudwick" !! (You'd need to look back 2 or 3 years to find the reference to this)

I agree a very nice article which brings a very human element to the cyberworld, didn't envisage Tony looking like that!

That's a really well written article. Factual and objective without being over sentimental.

I wish I could write like that. Unsure

A well written article. Glad I bought the NLP this week, as normally I give it a miss.
