Boston United V Stamford AFC

A nice Lincolnshire derby at York Street - and we're still to play them in the Lincs Shield Final.

Southport at home to Vauxhall Motors. Should be straightforward but almost certainly the least exciting draw we could have had.

... haven't looked through in any real detail yet - we're at home to 'The Jacks' that day so can't go to a Cup game - but the tie that leaped off the screen at me, was Dorchester vs Newport - clubs have already shared 17 goals in their two games so far this season Crazy - there were 10 in last seasons league games too!

Odds on my Exiles mate going and it being 0-0? Angelic

Not very likely with our defence this season!

Fifth year running we've been drawn away in the 2QR.

Rainworth/Stourbridge v Brackley. At least we've avoided the more obvious teams to be drawn against...

I note that Worcester and Evesham both have home draws. Could make for a crowded pitch!

As do Welling and Erith & Belvedere. Presumably one of them will have to move to the Sunday.

It would be entertaining though, two games on the same pitch at the same time - plenty of action.

I presume Brimsdown Rovers will also play this Sunday if they are reinstated into the Vase at Stansted's expense as Enfield Town already have a home match on Saturday.

Re: [SuperKev!] 2nd Qual draw? [In reply to] Can't Post or Reply Privately

I now understand that Brimsdown Rovers v Eton Manor is being played on Wednesday 24th.

As an aside, I note that Brimsdown Rovers have been awarded the prize money even though they lost their tie with Stansted. I thought that, in the past, the prize money just went back in the pot in such situations. Is this a precedent being set?

The same thing has happened with Fareham - reprieved and given the prize money.
