I was about to demand a Stewards' Enquiry as Wikipedia gives the Rungrado May Day Stadium in Pyongyang as the world's largest (capacity 150K) , but I see Jamesie covered that in his answer !

And no, I don't believe there has been football at the MayDay ~ I think it has been mostly the "Mass Games" there. Although wikipedia says "some" national team football games have been played there....
