Yaaaawn!

Of 47 ties across the two competitions, only 2 are North Division v South Division (possibly 3 depending on the Skem-Kidgsrove Prelim result). I know fuel prices are high, players don't want to travel too far midweek etc, but why bother having a cup competition if you're just going to play your league opponents again?

I really can't get excited by yet another trip to Belper...

'Fraid I'm with Ash on this one. No offence to Ossett, Goole and Brigg, but it is hardly a brave new adventure for us with those opponents. We had those for years in the NCEL, it tends to get a bit tedious have the same old every week. I was hoping for one of the dozen or so clubs we haven't faced this millennium!

Just a note to anyone who is wondering, I am no longer a moderator of this forum due to current personal circumstances and work commitments. If you need help, contact leohoenig or Steve walker. Thank You.

Are the Unibond not expecting us to do very well?

Actually am I correct to presume the duplications/omissions arise from the draw being made prior to our official entry, and therefore someone has ben drawn to enter a round early and play us?

I wouldn't be moaning if you came to Willenhall for any games, we'd love to see you down here.
