As the usual suspects haven't done it yet, here is the constitution for 2019-20. As announced beforehand, Wymondham have been demoted to Division One, meaning an extended Premier Division stay for St Andrews. Still haven't seen any public explanation for this as yet, however. Apologies if I've missed any promotions or relegations. Premier Division (16): Acle, Blofield, Beccles Town, Bradenham, Caister, Harleston (R), Hellesdon, Long Stratton, Mattishall, Mundford (P), Norwich CEYMS, St Andrews, Scole, UEA (P), Waveney, Wroxham Res. Division One (16): Attleborough, Aylsham, Bungay, East Harling, Easton, Fakenham Res, Gorleston Res (P), Hindringham, Kirkley & Pakefield Res, Norwich Utd U21 (R), Sprowston Ath (P), Stalham, Thetford Rovers, Watton, Wymondham (R), Yelverton. Division Two (16): Beccles Caxton (P), Brandon, Buxton, Caister Res, Cromer, Freethorpe, Gayton, Heacham (P), Hingham, Holt, Loddon, Martham, North Walsham (R), Reepham (R), Swaffham Res (P), Wells. Division Three (15): AC Mill Lane (P), Attleborough Res (P), Aylsham Res, Bradenham Res, Castle Acre (P), Earsham, Great Yarmouth Res, Hempnall Res, Horsford, Long Stratton Res, Mattishall Res (R), Norwich CEYMS Res, Poringland (R), South Walsham, Waveney Res (P). Division Four (15): Acle Res (R), Beccles Town Res, Belton (P), Costessey, Downham Res, Dussindale (P), Gayton Res, Harleston Res (P), Hellesdon Res (P), Hemsby (R), Holt Res (P), Mundford Res, St Andrews Res, Scole Res (P), UEA Res. Division Five North (14): AFC Lynn Napier, Blofield Res (R), Dersingham (new), Easton Res, Hindringham Res, Longham (new), Narborough, Necton, Norwich Eagles, Reepham Res, Sheringham Res, Stalham Res, Thorpe Village, Wells Res. Division Five South (14): AC Mill Lane Res (new), Bungay Res (R), East Harling Res, Freethorpe Res, Martham Res, Mulbarton Res (R), Mutford & Wrentham (new), Norton Athletic (new), Poringland Res, South Walsham Res, Tacolneston, Thetford Rovers Res, Wymondham Res (R), Yelverton Res.

I hadn't seen a constitution for 2019-20 up until now. Thanks for posting, I had heard that Longham will be at Foulsham next season, presumably North Elmham isn't up to AC standard.
Watford FC supporter hence the name also follow Hull FC but rarely get to see either these days. Have now visited over 800 grounds, progress in recent years has been rather slow and will continue to be as things stand.

Why does the season start on a Tuesday? Most clubs like to make a big thing about the start of a new season.

Has been the case for many years, presumably due to the lack of pitch availability on Saturdays early season. There will probably be a limited programme on the first Saturday. With a fuller programme midweek either side of it.

I do not know much about Anglian Comb but hope to take in some games in next season or so perhaps when on short breaks in Norfolk doing o/s ECL grounds. Did I read somewhere on here a hop may be organised? I note Hempnall res. are listed in division 3 but what division are 1st team in?
 End 2018-19, Total Grounds 1427 New grounds 2019-20. 26

Has anyone seen an explanation for Wymondham Town’s relegation from the Premier Division? Might it be linked with the incident last December at Sheringham?

No news update on the club site, Twitter or the league. The local press largely appears to have given up on the Anglian Combination - presumably the digital chiefs reckon there aren't enough clicks in it - so we may never get a full and frank explanation,

Nothing in the local free weekly paper (the Wymondham & Attleborough Mercury) either, but it may have gone to print too soon. I'll check this week's copy when it arrives on Friday but won't be holding my breath for news.
I've been told I should get out more. More?!

Don't know about Wymondham's readons for relegation, but i hsve noticed they've done a nit of sprucing up of the ground, looks like a more permanent rail has been installed?

Yes, the railing does appear to be new, my 2018/19 visit there being the first for some seasons. Meanwhile, it's worth noting that a tweet to the Anglian Combination about Wymondham's relegation has gone unanswered.

Nothing about Wymondham's relegation (or, indeed, coverage of anything other than Norwich City) in this week's Wymondham & Attleborough Mercury. A mystery for the ages, it seems.

Just found this on an individual Twitter account, not the Wymondham Town one: "Our charter standard has been suspended for a year which meant by league rules we had to be relegated, we've taken that on the chin and look to rebuild this season."

I read earlier that the August fixtures will be released early in the week, but they are already on Full Time.

Thanks - as noted on another thread it's telling how useful this site can be when the local media appears to have given up on regular news coverage of this level of football. It's 10 years ago now that the Pink Un ceased publication in Norwich, and local leagues have suffered ever since.

Hindringham have resigned from division one, however their reserves remain in division five north.

Not sure if this counts as restructuring, but Gayton United have announced they'll be moving to Runcton Holme (specifically Runcton Holme Social Club, School Road, Runcton Holme, Norfolk. PE33 0AQ) until Christmas and possibly for the rest of the season due to problems with the pitch at Gayton. I assume this will also affect their Reserves and A team. source
