The Olympic Stadium is also being used for the Rugby Union world cup. I have secured a ticket for France v. Romania.
Will probably go to the Rugby League game too. I suspect I won't need to cough up £65 for the privilege either!

Just been reading about that elsewhere, great way to tick off the stadium :-)

Watford FC supporter hence the name also follow Hull FC but rarely get to see either these days.

Have now visited over 800 grounds, progress in recent years has been rather slow and will continue to be as things stand.

Hoping to go to this. But I have a ST at Palace, so I hope we are away that weekend.
I suspect the crowd might be quite poor. I can't see the numbers coming down from up North like they did for the WC Semis at Wembley.
Good thing is, late purchase of tickets will be no problem.

This thread would be a good place to post news of any matches being played at one-off venues, most likely because the pitch on a club's main home ground is being relaid which I'm guessing is the reason for the following switch.

Doncaster are playing two home matches in June at Castle Park, home of Doncaster Knights RUFC:
Sunday June 14th v London Broncos
Sunday June 28th v Whitehaven
Both matches kick off at 3pm.

Sheffield Eagles home matches on those days are currently still listed as 4:15pm at Keepmoat Stadium but I would imagine these will change nearer the time if the pitch is being relaid then.

Saturday 25th April - KO 1230
Warrington Wolves Under 19's v Hull FC Under 19's

This appears to be The Wire's only Academy Under 19's home game away from the Helliwell Jones Stadium. Can be doubled with 3pm KO's in the NWCL at Runcorn Linnets, Northwich Flixton Villa or Cheshire League games at Eagle Sports and Greenalls Padgate.

I suspect that the first two games will kick off at the same time as the last two. One can't kick off at 2.00 and one at 3.00. RFL will doubtless get it right eventually.

Will Whitehaven and Workington share a bus??!

Sunday 31st May vs London Skolars
Sunday 14th June vs Rochdale Hornets

Not again! I thought the idea of "on the road" home games was finished. I bet they don't drop the price of a season ticket to reflect it.

It would be the 'free' 14th home game (should they finish in the top four) that would be moved and was included in their season ticket literature at the start of the season, which it seems nobody chose to read.

And what's the odds the game taking place at The Hive what with the Lenaghan connection albeit it ex these days? Decent stadium, smoker friendly and an altogether top day out but nowhere near as good for the drinking fraternity as Twickers.

There has been a rumour for a while that one day Wigan would play a game at the Kassam Stadium, again the Lenaghan connection, also the chairman of Wigan Athletic also seems to have an interest in the leisure facilities next to the Stadium these days.

Oxford are playing two 'home' matches away from Iffley Road whilst the pitch at the university is being re-laid but sadly not at other local union grounds like Henley where I saw them play York last year. Instead they play Barrow at the Prince of Wales Stadium, Cheltenham on Saturday 25th July, 5pm as part of a double header with University of Gloucs All Golds v London Skolars which kicks off at 2pm. Then on Saturday 15th August they entertain Rochdale Hornets at Hemel Hempstead's Pennine Way.

Think only Banbury would be good enough other than Henley The other local Union ground at the Kassam is also having a new pitch laid Oxford RFC is not big enough and tend to leave the main pitch fallow during the summer and use outside pitches. Don't think Chinnor would be big enougb Not for the crowd but for the league authorities

It's three games shifted. Swinton will be at Hemel too.

It's fair to say the chosen venues didn't go down too well with the fans as there's no chance of building a support base playing in those locations.

Re Henley. Chances of us returning there probably weren't helped by a club official spotting comments on this forum about how the poster bunked in for free that day. Didn't go down well for some strange reason. There were other issues mind.

York City Knights final four home league matches are all being played at Heworth ARLFC according to the RFL fixtures site which didn't change the venue for any of their previous games there from Bootham Crescent until a few days before, so any hoppers planning a visit to Elmpark Way now have a bit more notice. The matches are (Sunday unless stated):
9/8 vs Oxford
20/8 (Thursday) vs North Wales Crusaders
23/8 vs Hemel Stags
13/9 vs Barrow Raiders

Meanwhile University of Gloucester All Golds v Keighley Cougars on Sunday 6th September is being played at Cinderford RUFC.

Two home matches at different grounds for Warrington Wolves in the Academy U19 Championship may be of interest to hoppers:

Saturday 22nd August vs Hull Kingston Rovers @ Victoria Park Arena. 1200 Kick-Off allowing plenty of time for a double header.

Thursday 27th August vs St Helens - 1900 @ Crossfields ARLFC.
May suit those travelling to North Wales for the hop as well as Leigh MR v Thatto Heath in NCL Premier which is also on the same night.

York have confirmed their pre-season friendlies with Hull (January 3rd, 3pm) and Castleford (January 22, 7.30pm) are to be played at York City FC's Bootham Crescent. It seems - from the noises coming out of both camps - all York's 2016 home matches will be at the football ground. Last season, York had to play at various venues, including Featherstone Rovers RLFC, Heworth ARLFC, Pontefract RUFC and York RUFC.

Oxford are moving this season to Tilsley Park, Abingdon, which I believe is the athletics stadium next to the A34 that used to be visible driving past before the enclosing hedges sprung up. Their first two home fixtures will be the last chances to tick them at Iffley Road, 6th March v Newcastle Thunder and 25th March v South Wales Scorpions. The opening mach at their new home will be against Hunslet on April 24th.

The aforementioned Newcastle Thunder are playing two home matches in Johannesburg, South Africa; May 8th v Doncaster and May 20th v York City Knights.

Oh, dear. Sounds like the beginning of the end for Oxford. Rather like when Mansfield decamped to Alfreton. With respect to Doncaster, Newcastle and York, what will third rate semi-professional rugby league do to promote the sport in a country where union is so dominant?

I noticed this as well in the RFL fixture list, as we are at Paul Heaton at Cannock Chase/Staffs on the Saturday, with probably an overnight stay on July 9th, I will tick this on the way home on the Sunday Wink.

Newcastle Thunder will not host a game in Joburg on the 20th

I dont know the source for the information, but firstly a part time team would not fly out twice in two weeks nor stay for that length of time

Secondly its hard to get RL teams to go to London let alone this distance

Thirdly the game on May 20 is on a Friday as the Millenium Magic takes place at St James Park on the 21st and should provide the best gate of the season

What is the source of the info for both pieces of information? Can anybody advise if there is a stand at the Abingdon ground as there will need to be for one, along with many other requirements. The only thing I would confirm is the view expressed on here that if RL is uneconomic in Oxford it wont be any more successful on a running track near Abingdon. Sounds more like the end of the end than the beginning

The venues are on the RFL and Championship fixtures sites. I assumed those Newcastle games are in South Africa unless there is another place or ground in the North-East of England called Johannesburg.
When I could last see into the Abingdon Stadium from the A34 it looked like there was a covered seating area overhanging the main building.

No mention of Jo'burg on the the Newcastle Thunder site, but it's still on the official RFL site

Is someone in the office having a little joke, or let slip something? Intriguing. You have to hand it to Rugby League: they invented unpredictability.

Abingdon move is more predictable given that there were availability issues with Iffley Road. Look forward to visiting that one,at earliest convenience.

If you haven't visited Iffley Road, you must as it is a required visit.

The stadium in Abingdon is the Tilsey Park Track in Dunmore Road. There is indeed a small stand. If you google there is a picture of it.
Perhaps AC Mold can tell us if any football has been played there.
On Friday 4 March, Oxford are playing Cambridge at the Honourable Artillery Company ground near Moorgate, London.
There are also the usual London Skolars friendlies there.
As far as I know these are all afternoon kick-offs.
Admission to the Varsity game is a steep £15.

Never been to Tilsley Park had a feeling the grass in the middle was a bit small. Only ever heard of a charity game at Tilsley Park but that was on one of the outside plastic pitches. Thought the Rugby would clash with Athletics meetings. Seems Rugby of both codes does not do very well in the Oxford area. At least parking should be easier than at Iffley Road.

Just to say it appears the Oxford statement means the first two league games. The first game of the season, Hemel in the cup, has been switched to Hemel as neither Oxford ground was available.

Maidenhead has a 3G surface so it would make sense to play there given the recent bad weather. Oxford website still says the game is at Hemel. The RFL has a new fixtures site which no longer lists the venues for matches, it does however now give fixtures for amateur and university leagues.

Although it obviously doesn't stretch especially far in to the future, the Referee Appointments section on the RFL website lists the venue for each game.

Just to flag up that the club haven't yet confirmed the switch. I am wondering whether there nay be issues with getting Maidenhead through ground grading at short notice. I know Oxford had problems with getting gradings done for their on the road games last season, one of the reasons they all up being played on rubny league grounds.

Oxford twitter now commenting and confirming Hemel cannot stage the game due to the condition of the pitch and decision waited from RFL on when and where
This does suggest reservations with venue suggested and I think Maidenhead only has very small stand and no other cover
Hopefully decision soon as would take in game if at this venue rather than head to Coventry but Sundays are generally awkward for any distance

Maidenhead has a fairly big stand at Braywick Leisure Centre (next to where Holyport used to play) and wouldn't look out of place among some venues which have staged Championship rugby league, no names mentionedLaugh.

I would guess that any venue with more than a dozen seats will do, the RFL sanctioned Wigan RU a few years ago just because of this. It was worse than most NCL venues.

Just to say I suspect if there is a grading issue, it is more to do with getting it graded in time than the ground being unsuitable.
This is exactly what happened re the Oxford on the road games last season meaning they ended up being played at more distant grounds as they were already ground graded.

The next league game, v South Wales, was due to be at Iffley Road but is now TBC and is expected to shift to Abingdon if the pitch is done on time.

Swinton are to play their remaining 2016 home fixtures at the Heywood Road rugby union ground in Sale. Looks as though the Featherstone game on March 13th (3pm) will be the first at what is a cracking little venue. Until now, the Lions have played at Park Lane, Sedgley Park, but the facilities fall well short of what is required for second tier rugby league. Swinton have also signed a lease on a 7.3-acre site at Agecroft. The club hope to build a community stadium there within three years. The traditional boundaries of Swinton & Pendlebury encompass Agecroft which means, for the first time since 1992, when they sold Station Road to a housing developer, the Lions are heading home.

Harder to find out venue changes for Championship matches since the RFL site stopped listing venues on the front of it's fixtures page but was told by a fellow hopper at Sale on Sunday that Doncaster played their match against South Wales Scorpions at the Athletics Stadium next to the main Keepmoat Stadium. Their match against Hemel Stags on 3rd July is also being played here, presumably the main pitch is being relaid.

NORTH WALES CRUSADERS’ fixture against Coventry Bears on July 3 will be moved to Chester RUFC’s Hare Lane.

The Glyndwr University Racecourse Stadium will be out of action again this summer because of maintenance work on the pitch.
The stadium will be unavailable after the Toulouse match and Crusaders are set to return by mid-August.
Further fixtures will have to be moved during the League 1 Super 8s/Shield in the second half of the season. Once these are confirmed, they will be announced at the earliest opportunity.

One that I'm sure most have ticked off on here, but Oldham will be spending 2016 at Stalybridge's Bower Fold.

And back at Bower Fold for 2017 season as well.

Apparently the RFL are still debating whether or not to allow Wakefield to play there as it doesn't meet Super League requirements.

You couldn't make it up - then again it is the RFL we're talking about!

Saturday 2nd September - Super League/Championship Middle 8's

London Broncos v Warrington Wolves - 8pm KO

Late kick-off, due to Sky TV coverage, allows plenty of scope for doubles with football in the afternoon, or rugby as it's the opening day of the union season.

The late kick off is due to the fact Ealing Trailfinders are home to Cornish Pirates at home at 15.00. Which makes for a pretty simple double if you fancy watching both codes in one day.

Website sales apparently don't work. On website, under tickets, is a phone number that doesn't exist. However, there's another number 0114 398 1998 that I phoned yesterday and I think I've ordered a ticket for both opening games, although it remains to be seen if they turn up!

The game is certainly not advertised as "all ticket" but I can't see you paying cash at the turnstile.

The couple would be Martin, (the one in the wheelchair) and his mate Jim. Martin hasn't missed a game for years, certainly not since the Eagles were reformed, including friendlies.

Unsurprisingly, my email to Sheffield Eagles, querying admission arrangements for the London Broncos game, went unanswered. And Eagles have the absolute nerve to whine about lack of support from Sheffield's sporting public. I'd say they get the crowds they deserve.

By way of contrast: I emailed York City Knights last week about admission arrangements for the Bradford Bulls match. I received a reply in less than two minutes. And that was at 10 o'clock in the evening. Crowd for the game was 4,281 - probably more than Sheffield Eagles will attract this season in six home matches combined. As with so many things in life, one reaps what one sows.

On Eagles site it says something about not being able to sweep the pitch because there is too much snow and it would take all the rubber pellets with it if they swept it.

It looks as though York's women will play some of their games at the Sports Park and some at Bootham Crescent, the latter as double-headers with the men. Programmes are being issued for the women's matches.

For those who haven't seen rugby league at Elland Road, Leeds:

There's an England v New Zealand game due to be played there in November as well which is on a Sunday afternoon.

This is being played on Sunday 11th November (1515) and is the final game of the three match test series, the first of which is being played at Hull's KC Stadium on Saturday 27th October (1430). The second game of the series is the one I suspect will be of most interest to hoppers as it is being played Liverpool FC's Anfield on Sunday 4th November (1430).

A 22-strong Australia High Schools (aka Australia Schoolboys) squad is touring in November and December. Five matches, culminating in two Tests against England Academy. The tourists are always an extremely talented bunch of players. Many go on to win full international caps for the Kangaroos. Shame there's no game with Cumbria's youngsters (plenty of them in the past). Schedule for the 'Junior Kangaroos' is:

Sunday, November 25 @ Kingston Park, Newcastle, 3pm
England Colleges v Australia High Schools

Wednesday, November 28 @ Wheldon Road, Castleford, 7.30pm
Yorkshire v Australia High Schools

Saturday, December 1 @ Manchester Regional Arena, 1.30 pm
Lancashire v Australia High Schools

Saturday, December 8 @ Leigh Sports Village, 2pm
England Academy v Australia High Schools

Friday, December 14 @ Headingley, Leeds, 7.30pm
England Academy v Australia High Schools

Looks like the RFL will be live streaming all these games.

Slight error on my part. Sorry. Kick-off is 1.30pm not 1pm. I've amended the schedule. That's likely to give you the same problem/dilemma I'll face at Prestonpans on Saturday!

Some talent in the Australia party: Tom Dearden is a member of the first team squad at Brisbane Broncos; Juwan Compain is said to be a target for every NRL club; Bradman Best is training with first team players at Newcastle Knights; Tommy Talau is the son of former St Helens and Salford centre Willie Talau. I'm hoping to catch at least one of the tour matches. If I can make only one, it'll be the opener at Kingston Park, Newcastle.

I emailed the RFL to enquire about the likelihood of match programmes for these tour fixtures (I've picked up programmes at matches on previous Junior Kangaroos tours), and received this response: "We, the RFL, will not be producing any match programmes. However, it is down to the venues' discretion as to whether they would like to produce one of their own. I understand that Newcastle are planning on producing one for this Sunday’s fixture."

Double header at Kingston Park on Saturday 16th February:

1430 Newcastle Thunder v Doncaster - League 1
1700 Toronto Wolfpack v Widnes Vikings - Championship

According to Toronto's website the home match vs Batley on 17th March will also be played in the UK and Sheffield Eagles 7th April in Europe, presumably this is the match they are hoping to play in Belgrade. Wolfpack not risking the Canadian winter being over until the visit of Swinton on 28th April.

Interesting double header at New River Stadium on Saturday, May 18:

Greece versus Norway (World Cup qualifier, 1pm) followed by London Skolars versus Doncaster (League One, 4.30pm)

Early bird ticket offer (to the end of March): £12 adults, £6 concessions (otherwise £15/£10)

The winners of the Greece versus Norway game host Scotland (November 2-3, 2019) before travelling to Russia (November 9-10, 2019) in the final European qualifying tournament for a place at the 2021 World Cup in England

Saturday 9th March

A rugby league double is possible in St Helens for those looking to go off piste between the first and last matches on the NWCL hop:

1400 Thatto Heath Crusaders v Rochdale Mayfield - Challenge Cup 3rd Round
1615 Pilkington Recs v Saddleworth Rangers - National Conference League Division 1

Although NCL and BBC sites have the latter down as 4pm, which would make the double tight, Pilkington Recs' pitchero site and a match poster on their twitter feed which looks like it was drawn by a school kid has the kick off as 4:15pm after an Under 18's game at 2pm. Ignore where it says Friendly, it has all season's games down as that!

It's not an Under 18's (sic) game - it's an open age 'A' team (for Pilks) fixture, against Manchester Rangers, in North West Men's League Division Two.

I note National Conference League newcomers Batley Boys played last Saturday's (30/3) Third Division derby against Drighlington at their Halifax Road ground in Staincliffe - not at Batley RLFC's Mount Pleasant, where they're supposed to be staging all their 2019 home fixtures. I don't know why (maybe to protect the fragile Mount Pleasant pitch?), but a welcome development. I hope to see it repeated!

EDIT: word is Batley Boys intend to play only a handful of games at Mount Pleasant. The bulk will be at Staincliffe. At some point, I'll add this to the programmes thread: for 2019, Batley Boys are issuing a printed eight-pager (included with admission).

The stadium is scheduled for completion by autumn. Flatman announced also York will "in the next few months" unveil a blue heritage plaque at the site - now flats - of the original club's former Clarence Street ground, which staged its last game in 1989.

Sunday 9th June:

1500 Sheffield Eagles v Featherstone Rovers - Championship
1730 Doncaster v Oldham - League One

Currently listed at their own grounds, Olympic Legacy Park and Keepmoat Stadium respectively, but wouldn't be surprised to find nearer the date that both games are being played at the same venue especially as Doncaster often have to move out around this time of year when Rovers relay their pitch.

The fixtures on Workington Town's website list Borough Park as the venue for the Coventry Bears game on June 16. Derwent Park's pitch is being widened and relaid, spelling the end for the speedway track, in preparation for Workington FC sharing next season.

That 'Scheduled for TV' line appears when you click on all of Doncaster's fixtures on their website.

On that same day, 9th June, Sky Sports are showing live Swinton Lions v Toronto Wolfpack at 6pm which can be doubled with Leigh v Halifax or Widnes v Barrow at 3pm or North Wales Crusaders v Newcastle Thunder at 2:30pm.

It would be difficult to do a double by public transport anyway, but anyone hoping to get the tram to Brooklands for the Swinton match should be aware there is currently a strike scheduled on the Metrolink that day.

is this correct?
I am sure I could check but just looking in before work
Devon were at Bovey Tracey last year and Newton Abbot would be more local for Teign
it should be noted these matches can be 11 or even 9 a side

National Conference League side Leigh Miners Rangers are again staging a league game at Sutton Park, the home of their academy set up, to coincide with their annual beer festival. My visit in 2017 is covered on page 94 of the appropriate where did you go thread, to give more details on the facilities on offer, but it is certainly a ground worthy of a visit.

Egremont Rangers are the visitors on Saturday 22nd June, and kick off is currently listed as the standard 1430 on the RFL website, but 1500 on LMR's own website, so that will need confirming nearer the time.

Doncaster v Oldham this Sunday is being streamed live on Ourleague. Looks like the reason for the 5:30pm kick off is the Doncaster Half Marathon taking place earlier in a day. This match is being played at Keepmoat Stadium but annual pitch maintenance means Doncaster's following two home games - 23rd June vs Newcastle Thunder and 14th July vs Whitehaven are both being played at Featherstone and their home quarter final vs Sheffield Eagles in the 1895 Cup will also be played elsewhere.

In my search to find something on Sunday 23rd June to combine with Leigh Miners at Sutton Park on Saturday 22nd, have stumbled upon this fascinating tie in the quarter finals of the Womens Challenge Cup.

Keighley Albion (League 1) v Wakefield Trinity (Super League) - 2pm.

Home ground: Crossflatts Cricket Club, Keighley Road, Bingley BD16 2ER.
Despite the name the pitch, by all accounts, is anything but flat! Admission is free.

It's a few years since I've been to Albion's ground but, as I recall, it's a perfectly flat pitch. The ground is on Airedale's floor, sandwiched between the bypass and the former main road through the valley. As rugby league pitches in the hillier districts of West Yorkshire go, it's about as flat as they get!

It has to be a joke. While working in Leeds for three years, I lived on the moors above Haworth (where it's properly hilly), and most days caught the train into the city from Crossflatts station. Where the cricket and rugby league grounds are simply isn't hilly. It's the floor of Airedale. Aerial photographs of Crossflatts also indicate it's flat. Still, no matter. I've been to Keighley Albion once, and doubt very much I'll find a reason to visit again.

Talk yesterday of Bradford Bulls maybe quitting Odsal next season with Tetleys Stadium (Dewsbury) and Horsfall Stadium (Bradford PA) being mentioned as potential destinations. More financial issues have come to light , only small and probably manageable but the rent the RFL are charging the club for the use of Odsal seems to be a sticking point with the club.

Their final game at Webb Ellis Way vs Whitehaven has now been brought forward to Saturday 7th September with a 2pm kick-off at the request of the visitors as they believe this will allow them to bring more supporters down from Cumbria for what could be a title clincher or promotion party if they have already won the league by then.

A resurgent Bulls team would surely need a larger capacity even with the temporary stands talked about in the article and Bradford City is too big. Coupled with the need to remain in the city what is the best option for them if they quit Odsal?

As things stand (with Bulls outside Super League and attracting relatively small crowds), Horsfall may be the least worst option. Despite investment in the mid-80s (mostly for major speedway events), crumbling Odsal has only too obviously had its day, however much or little the RFL charges in rent. There aren't many options. Valley Parade is too big - and probably too expensive - for matches outside Super League while Tetley's Stadium, Dewsbury, isn't in Bradford - and its capacity isn't any bigger than a revamped Horsfall. Bulls couldn't play at either Halifax (The Shay) or Leeds (Headingley) because those stadia are fully subscribed (and neither is in Bradford). Mount Pleasant, Batley, is too small, as is Farsley Celtic's Throstle Nest. The only other option is Cougar Park, Keighley, which at least is in the Bradford Met area. Given Cougar Park has accommodated 8,000+ for rugby league in the fairly recent past (a Challenge Cup quarter-final against St Helens), it might be Bulls' best bet. Hard to see a beached whale like Bradford Bulls ever having the wherewithal to build a new stadium of their own.

Odsal is a lost cause, its resurrection way beyond the means of either the RFL or Bradford Bulls, the sport's foremost basket case. Bradford Council isn't daft enough to invest in Odsal. The site will end up in the hands of a developer.

Bulls quit Odsal to share with Dewsbury:

https://www.bradfordbulls.co.uk/...-tetley-stadium-for-

https://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/...eave-odsal-dewsbury/

RFL tweet: Bradford’s request to use the Tetley’s Stadium in Dewsbury as a home ground remains subject to the approval of the RFL Board, who are charged with making a decision in the best interests of the sport. We have not received an application, and it would be inappropriate for us to comment until we do.

BPA FC (originally a rugby league club, of course) haven't given up on sharing Horsfall with Bulls (or any rugby league club with 'Bradford' in its name). Avenue are even talking about launching a professional rugby league club of their own!

A temporary move but looks like they are away from Odsal for good! Makes sense financially and maybe a move to BPA is the long term thinking with the connection between the pair.

Nice ground is Dewsbury but having walked there from station on a Sunday due to lack of buses the difference is about the same as Odsal from Interchange and boy do you need a pint after it!

Last Bradford Bulls game at Odsal will be against Championship rivals Sheffield Eagles on September 1 (3.0).

Social media suggests Bradford will pay circa £2,000 a game at Dewsbury, a saving of more than £30,000 on their Odsal deal.

Nobody else uses Odsal now - and that's unlikely to change. I would say the stadium, a crumbling relic, does not have any future. Whether the north of England's foremost hole in the ground can safely be filled in, and the site transformed into something else, remains to be seen.

The 'Last Game at Odsal Stadium' on Sunday (September 1) will be a double-header. A challenge match between GB Police and HM Prison Service acts as a curtain-raiser to the Bradford Bulls versus Sheffield Eagles Championship fixture. Bradford have ceased issuing match programmes. No indication a souvenir brochure (or similar) is being prepared to mark the occasion. Maybe the T&A will step up to the plate.

No idea if anything was done paperwise to mark the sad occasion of Bulls departure but 7,531 were in attendance for the 30-10 win over Sheffield Eagles.

There was a 2 pound special programme, it was available to order online earlier this week, not sure if they have any left

For reasons I'm sure only they can explain, Bradford omitted news of this special programme from all their online build-up information relating to the Sheffield match. Still available via the club website, it seems.

The inaugural Physical Disability Rugby League Finals Day on Sunday (September 29) is to be hosted by Selby RUFC (neither Headingley nor Weetwood, both Leeds, are available). In the semi-finals, Leeds meet Warrington while Castleford face Wakefield. Free admission, free parking. Gates open at 1.30. The semis start at 2.0, the final at 3.0. Sandhill Lane is a tidy little ground.
